Montgomery County Agricultural Fair Dates

The Montgomery County Agricultural Fair just announced their dates for this summer!

After not opening for two years due to COVID, they’ve announced that they’ll be open from Aug. 12 to the 20th. On Fridays and Saturdays, the fair will be open from 10 am to midnight, while on every other day of the week it will be from 10 am to 11 pm. 

As per tickets, you can buy them online for $12. But they’ll also be available on site for $15. Children under 11 are free either way of purchasing. 

The tickets mentioned above are only for admission. They will give you access to the fairgrounds for free entertainment. If you plan on riding rides, there are many options on how to pay. There’s a Carnival One-Day Ride Discount Wristband for $20. However, individual ride tickets can also be purchased for $1.50 per ticket, $20 for 20 tickets, and $50 for 52 tickets in the Carnival area only. For reference, a typical children’s ride costs 3 tickets and adult rides cost 5 tickets. 

You can pay $10 for a parking location close by, however there is free parking (with a shuttle bus included) at The Lake Forest mall.
